Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds

• Refunds are not provided except in cases where:
• The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
• The wrong item was delivered.
• In such cases, you may request a refund to your original payment method after we verify the issue.

• Refunds will be processed in 3-4 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
• Accessories, sale items, or customized/personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchange

We offer a 3-day exchange option. All eligible products can be exchanged for sizes only. 

You can email us on contact@nishobh.com within 3 days on receiving the product. Once we receive the product with all tags intact, the new size will be dispatched between 5-7 working days.

*Note: Please make sure the returned product/s are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags. Products purchased during sale and discounts cannot be exchanged.
