Welcome to Nishobh. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from Nishobh. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. About Nishobh
Nishobh is a fashion label offering limited-quantity clothing and fashion products.
We aim to provide thoughtfully designed pieces at accessible prices. Product availability may be limited,
and certain designs may not be restocked once sold out.
2. Products & Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes, fabrics and other
details displayed on our website are accurate. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your
device, screen settings and lighting. Minor variations may occur because of fabric characteristics and the
manufacturing process.
All products are subject to availability. Nishobh reserves the right to discontinue, modify or limit the quantity
of any product without prior notice.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated. Prices may be changed
at any time without prior notice. The applicable price is the price displayed at the time your order is placed.
Any applicable taxes, shipping charges or other charges will be shown during checkout where applicable.
4. Orders & Order Confirmation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product(s). An order is considered accepted only
when Nishobh confirms the order and/or payment has been successfully received.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit an order where there is an inventory issue, pricing or product
information error, suspected fraudulent activity, payment issue, or any other legitimate reason. If an order is
cancelled after payment, the applicable amount paid for the cancelled item/order will be refunded through the
original payment method or another appropriate method.
5. Payments
Payments are processed through the payment methods made available at checkout. You agree to provide accurate
and complete payment and billing information. Nishobh does not store your complete card or banking credentials
unless expressly stated as part of a secure payment service’s terms.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please ensure that your name, address,
phone number and other delivery details are accurate.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, strikes, remote locations,
or circumstances beyond Nishobh’s reasonable control. Delays in transit do not automatically qualify for cancellation
or refund.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, tracking information may be provided where available. Customers
are responsible for being available to receive their shipment and for providing correct delivery information.
7. Returns & Size Exchanges
Nishobh currently accepts returns/exchanges only in accordance with the return and exchange policy displayed
on the website and/or communicated with your order.
Where a size exchange is permitted, the request must be made within the stated return/exchange window and the item
must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free from stains, perfume or other marks, and returned with original
tags and packaging intact.
Size exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested replacement size is unavailable, Nishobh may provide
an alternative resolution at its discretion.
Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained, or returned without original tags/packaging may be
rejected. For hygiene and other legitimate reasons, certain products may be non-returnable; such exclusions will be
specified on the product page or return policy.
Please contact Nishobh before sending any return/exchange parcel so that the correct process can be followed.
8. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact Nishobh
as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and clear photographs/videos showing the issue and the
product packaging.
We will review the request and, where the issue is confirmed, provide an appropriate resolution, which may include
replacement, exchange or refund, subject to availability and applicable law.
9. Cancellation
Order cancellation requests may be considered only before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order
has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. If cancellation is permitted, any refund will be processed using
the applicable payment/refund method.
10. Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotional offers, discount codes and sale prices may have separate terms, eligibility requirements, validity
periods and exclusions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined and cannot be applied to
previous purchases. Nishobh reserves the right to withdraw or modify a promotion at any time.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Nishobh website and official channels, including but not limited to the Nishobh name and logo,
photographs, product images, designs, graphics, text, videos, artwork and other materials, is owned by or licensed
to Nishobh and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or commercially use Nishobh content without prior
written permission.

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with the website,

transport disruptions, internet or payment-service failures, or other unforeseen events.

with the revised effective date. Your continued use of the website or placement of an order after changes are posted
constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, subject to applicable law.
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection and other
mandatory laws, disputes arising in connection with these Terms or your purchase from Nishobh will be subject to the
jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
